An Odoo project has two separate costs: the Odoo subscription (Community is free; Enterprise is billed by Odoo per user) and implementation services from a partner.

What changes the estimate
Implementation effort mostly depends on:
- Which apps you roll out; accounting, inventory and manufacturing take the most setup
- How much customisation you need: custom fields and reports, or full custom modules and integrations
- How many users need training and onboarding
- How clean your existing data is (customers, products, opening balances)
How to keep the project lean
Start with the apps that solve your biggest problem, use standard Odoo flows where possible, and add customisation in a second phase once your team is live.
