Role Overview
As a Sales Executive Intern, you will work directly with our sales team to promote and sell SaaS products. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers, understand their business needs, schedule meetings, conduct product demos, and help close deals.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and outbound efforts
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects
- Book meetings and product demo sessions with decision-makers
- Conduct online product demos (training provided)
- Explain product value, pricing, and business benefits clearly
- Handle objections and assist in closing deals
- Maintain lead and activity updates inside CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for feedback
What You’ll Sell
- SaaS-based business automation products (CRM / ERP / HRMS / Sales Automation tools)
- Subscription-based solutions for businesses and startups
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and video calls
- Confidence in explaining software products
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- English + Hindi + Gujarati communication
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Any prior sales or tele-calling experience
- Interest in SaaS or technology products
- Knowledge of CRM tools
