Job Overview

Peanut Square LLP is hiring a results-driven ERP Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our Odoo-based Sales Automation Suite (CRM, ERP, HRMS, Inventory, WhatsApp Automation).

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end ERP sales, including lead qualification, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure for mid-market and growing businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Management

  • Handle inbound leads from website, campaigns, and WhatsApp automation
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify ERP/CRM requirements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM

ERP & SaaS Sales

  • Sell Odoo ERP, CRM, and business automation solutions
  • Deliver product demos tailored to client use cases
  • Identify decision-makers and business needs

Outbound Sales

  • Perform daily outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Generate qualified B2B leads for ERP implementation services

Solution Consulting

  • Understand client workflows (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting)
  • Map requirements to ERP modules and automation solutions
  • Coordinate with technical team for feasibility

Proposal & Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and implementation timelines
  • Negotiate and close deals within pricing guidelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Account Growth

  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify upsell opportunities (CRM, WhatsApp API, Automation tools)
  • Follow up on payments and collections

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly Revenue Target
  • Lead Conversion Ratio
  • Qualified Leads Generated
  • CRM Hygiene Score
  • Collection Efficiency

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP Sales / SaaS B2B Sales
  • Experience selling Odoo ERP, CRM, or business automation solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle full sales cycle (Lead → Demo → Closure)
  • Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounts)
  • CRM discipline and structured reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Odoo ERP sales
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Exposure to WhatsApp API / SaaS tools is a plus
