About the Role
We are hiring a Fresher Inside Sales / Lead Communication Executive to handle inbound leads.
You will communicate with interested clients using predefined scripts, AI assistance, and a structured CRM process.
This position is ideal for freshers based in Ahmedabad who want to start a career in IT services sales and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Lead Communication
- Respond to new leads
- Communicate via WhatsApp, Email, and CRM
- Use approved scripts and AI-generated responses
- Maintain professional and polite communication
2. Lead Qualification (Basic)
- Ask standard questions:
- Required service
- Budget range
- Timeline
- Identify genuine vs non-genuine inquiries
- Update lead status correctly in the CRM
3. Service Explanation (Script-Based)
- Explain services using provided material:
- Website & software development
- SaaS & automation solutions
- ERP / CRM services
- Share demos, decks, and proposal links
You are NOT required to design solutions or handle technical discussions.
4. Follow-ups
- Perform follow-ups as per system reminders
- No manual chasing
- Ensure proper closure or escalation of every lead

- ❌ Promise features or guarantees
- ❌ Work outside approved scripts
Required Skills
Must Have
- Basic English communication (written & spoken)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp & Email
- Willingness to follow scripts and processes
- Discipline and punctuality
- Basic computer knowledge

- Any sales / customer support exposure
- Interest in IT or software industry
- Hindi / English language fluency
Training & Support
- Complete onboarding training provided
- Ready-made scripts and AI assistance
- CRM usage training
- Close monitoring during initial 30 days
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Lead response time
- Leads handled per day
- CRM accuracy
- Proper escalation of qualified leads
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹7,000
- Salary revision after probation based on performance
