Peanut Square LLP is looking for a motivated Junior Quality Assurance professional to join our growing team. As a Junior QA, you will be responsible for manual testing of web, mobile, ERP, and CRM applications, ensuring that every project we deliver meets the highest quality standards
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues).
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure consistent project quality.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
- Suggest improvements to enhance software usability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Familiarity with web and mobile app testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Good to Have (Optional but a Plus):
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or Trello).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PHPUnit, Jest).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
